Return/ shipping Policy
Shipping
Products ship within 3-5 business days from your order date. Orders may take up to 7-10 business days during major sales and promotions.
All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with insurance. All orders will require a signature. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed and cleared.
In rare instances, our carrier service may experience transit delays. Please understand that ManeFocus Hair Extensions is not liable for such delays caused by our carrier service or acts of nature. Therefore, refunds or chargebacks will not be honored because of transit delays caused by these factors.
Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to ManeFocus Hair Extensions, it is typically due to incorrect address information. Your package will be returned to ManeFocus and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package after at least one attempt.
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package
If your package is returned to us an email will be sent to confirm your address. You will also be responsible for an additional shipping fee.
All return to sender packages that have not been claimed within 5 business days of sent email, will be restocked and you will be issued store credit minus the initial shipping charge and a flat restock fee of $20.
ManFocus Hair Extensions does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Allow 5 TO 7 days to process and ship your order. All Orders will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions
UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT
You may exchange for the same purchase price if contacted within 3 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state cannot altered and must be returned in original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee for ALL exchanges. If by chance your reason for return is due to hair quality, we will need video proof that the hair in question is indeed ManeFocus and we will be more than happy to rectify the issue.
We offer store credit to those customers whose package has been labeled “return to sender” without email response. The store credit will be found in your email in the form of a special one-time use discount code.
